Step 1 : After login into the system. Go to “Attendance Approval” from Attendance Menu. Open Pending Request  Approval tab where you would be able to        view the recommended manual attendance of your staff.


Step 2 : Select recommended attendance that you want to approve.

Step 3 : Select “Approve” or “Not Approve”.

Step 4 : Then click Save

Step 5 : Click Yes for confirmation.



After approval staff will get an email notification for the attendance is approved or not approved.
