Step 1 : After login into the system.Go to “Attendance Request” from Attendance Menu.

Step 2 : Click “ Other's Pending Recommendation” tab where you would be able to view the applied manual attendance request of your staff.



Step 3 : Select check box on grid.

Step 4 : Click Recommended or Not Recommended.

Step 5 : Then click “Save” button.

Step 6 : Click Yes for confirmation.


Staff will get an email notification for the attendance request is Recommended or Not Recommended.
